Alan Anthony " Tony" Wright, of Rockford departed this earthly life September 11, 2025. He was born October 12, 1969 in Rockford the son of Jenniel Wright and Allan Jackson. Tony was a fan of the San Fransico 49ers. He attended Rockford West High School and Auburn High School.

Tony leaves to cherish many loving memories, two sons Kaanthony Wright and Tayvius Wright; one grand daughter, Taliah Wright; sisters Demetria Wright, Michelle, Kelli and Karin Jackson; special niece, JuTaun (Dawon) Lewis and special nephew, Justin Wright; special aunts, Linda Carol Wright and Janet Wright; a host of cousin other relatives and friends including special friend, Althea Jenkins. He was predeceased by his parents; and brother James "Big Jim" Wright; maternal grandparents, James F. and Mary Magdalene Wright.

Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave. Family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
