Andrew Lee "Sandy" Foreman of Rockford, IL departed this earthly life December 20, 2021. He was born February 10, 1942 in Lambert, MS the son of Elder Tommie L. Foreman and Annie Mae Foreman. Andrew lived in Rockford 54 years coming from Kansas City, Missouri. He married the former Laura L. Crutcher April 14, 1963.  Andrew was employed as an assembler by Chrysler Corporation over 30 years before retiring. He had his own lawn service, Mo-No-Mo Lawncare. He attended his fathers church, Foreman Temple Church of God in Christ. Andrew graduated from Central Senior High School in Kansas City, MO.

Andrew leaves to cherish many loving memories, his devoted wife, Laura; his children Kizmet Foreman, Mylz Foreman, and Mya Foreman; three grandchildren six great grandchildren; four sisters, Mary Alice Dixon, Brenda, Debra, and Annette Foreman;  brother, David Foreman; former daughter in law who he loved like a daughter, Sherry Moss; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; son, Anthony Foreman; brother, Tommie Foreman Jr.; two sisters, Dorothy Foreman-Boulabat and Jewel Ann Nesbitt.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home 200 N. Johnston Ave.
