Angela Faith Penticoff was born September 4, 1976 in Rockford, IL to Terrence and Linda (Balles) Penticoff. She passed in Mineral Point, Wisconsin, on April 23, 2024 at the age of 47; suddenly of liver disease, with her boyfriend Jerad by her side.

Angela was a caring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all she met. She loved playing video games, playing with her dog, Daisy and cat, Loki, and video chatting with her sister, Charity. She loved to crocheting and coloring pictures with colored pencils. She was a avid Bears fan. Angela taught herself to pay the flute and piccolo in high school. She was a flag majorette also in high school, which she loved it all.

Angela is survived by her parents, Jim Fowler and Linda (Penticoff) Fowler; her children, Terreasa (Erik) Mahnesmith, Bradley Penticoff, Eathan Timmons, Haileigh and Dominick Geiseman; granddaughter, Lorraine Mahnesmith; sisters Melissa (Terry) Sheehan, Charity (Carvin Tenard) Fowler.

She was preceded in passing by her father, Terrence J. Penticoff; two infant children; her grandparents, Charles and Mona Balles, Maurice and Lucille Penticoff and great grandparents Harry and Maude Cheeseman.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2024 at Memorial Baptist Church 7007 Flora Road Rockford, IL 61101
