He was born the son of Joe Walters and Edna Booker in Rockford, IL , May 7, 1968. He was a member of Jerusalem Baptist Church. He attended Guilford High School.
Anthony leaves to cherish many loving memories, his sister; Blondine Booker, nephews; Dwayne, Demetrius, Michael, Mark, Leon, and Deon Booker, niece; Crystal Booker, special friend; Diane Stevenson, and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He is predeceased by his parents, siblings; Charles Fulton, Elizabeth Booker, Gweneva Fulton, and nephew; Derrick Booker.
