A ntwan Montrel Lee departed this earthly life Sunday, October 16, 2022. Born on June 6, 1983, in Rockford, Il, he was the son of Annie and Henry Lee Jr. In his childhood, Antwan played baseball, basketball, and football and attended Rockford Public High School. He was close to all of his siblings, but had a special bond with his sister, LaShae. Antwan was employed at Curtis Metal until his illness took over his life. He was known to be a hard worker and everyone who knew him loved his smile. Antwan loved listening to music, keeping up with current world events, Jordans, reminiscing about his younger days, and he especially loved his daughters.

A ntwan leaves to cherish many loving memories, including his three daughters Aniya and Amaya Lee both of Plano, Tx, and Anijah Dunivant-Lee of Detroit, Mi; His parents Annie and Henry Lee Jr of Rockford, Il; Sisters, Shamica (Sabian) of Richardson, Tx, and LaShae (Johnathon) Sams of Rockford, Il; Brothers, Henry (Heather) Lee III of Grand Rapids, Mi, Denzel Lee (Sarai Carter) of Oswego, Il and Patrick Johnson of Rockford, Il; As well as his maternal grandmother Mattie Metcalf. He also leaves his memories behind with his 19 nieces and nephews, and great niece and great nephew and a host of many other family members.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather William Woodard, and his paternal grandparents Marie and Henry Lee Sr.. As well as his brother Antonio Lee and his great niece Jaleah Hatter, as well as numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
