CharLaysha Marie McGee

CharLaysha Marie McGee, of Gulfport, MS departed this earthly life October 31, 2026. She was born February 12, 1998 Irving, Texas the daughter of Roger McGee and Cherie Ingram. CharLaysha lived in Gulfport seven years after leaving Poplar Grove, IL. She was employed as a loader by FedEx for eight years. She graduated from Belvidere North High School class of 2016.

CharLaysha leaves to cherish many loving memories; her parents, Roger Sr. (Beverly) McGee; mother, Cherie McGee; brother, Roger McGee Jr. and two sisters, Ashley Doyle and Kiarra McGee; maternal grandparent, George and Marie Ingram; nephew, Michael Chad Simmons and niece, Mikenzie McGee; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins’ other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Carroll McGee Sr. and Mary Louise McGee.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 14, 2026 at Allen Chapel AME Church 3000 Rural St. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
