Charles Louis "Chuck" Hutton of Rockford departed this earthly life May 7, 2022. He was born March 12, 1953, in Epps, LA the son of Ike and Lula Brown.  Charles lived in Rockford since 1971 coming from Epps. He married the former Ollie Plenty, August 20, 1977. Charles was employed by Chrysler Corporation 30 years before retiring. He graduated from Magnolia High School in Pioneer, LA.

Charles leaves to cherish many loving memories, his wife, Ollie; three sons, Tony and Latrell Martin and Charles Hutton Jr.; daughter, Brandie Hutton; three grandchildren; six sisters, Jerri Evans, Dorothy (Arthur) Miller, Deloris (Marvin) Chambliss, Barbara (Robert) Daniels, Joyce (Paul) Hester and Gwendolyn Tucker; two brothers, Nathaniel Hutton and Vernon Brown; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He 0was predeceased by his parents; and one sister, Cleo Hutton.

Services will be held 12:00 noon Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Avenue. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
