Clifford Wayne "Huck a Buck" Dugger of Rockford departed this earthly life December 9, 2021. He was born November 21, 1962 in Forrest City, Arkansas the son of Frank and Versie Dugger.  Clifford lived in Rockford since 1972 coming from Forrest City. He was employed by Leibovich Brothers and self-employed in carpentry. Clifford was a member of a local dart league. He attended Guilford High School.

Clifford leaves to cherish many loving memories, two sons, Elijah Johnson and Clifford Dugger II.; three grandchildren; Ahjanae and Layla Johnson and Dondre Dugger; mother, Versie; two brothers, Franklin (Natalie) Dugger and Kenneth Dugger; sister, Jackie Dugger-Triplett; companion of many years Denise Amos; special nephews, Rico and Darius Triplett; and special niece, Tahmia Dugger; a host of other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father; and sister, Marilyn Welch.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Gomez Chapel A.M.E. Church 1509 Michigan Ave. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave.
