Daryl T. "Pipe" Howard of Rockford departed this earthly life August 9, 2023. He was born January 7, 1964 in Brownsville, TN the son of James and Mary Howard. Daryl lived in Rockford most of his life coming from Brownsville, TN. He was self employed as a auto technician many years and a welder by Roper Whitney and Estwing.  Daryl married Molita McLin October 8, 1985, she preceded him in death. He attended West High School.

Daryl leaves to cherish many loving memories, five sons, Darrell McLin, Daryl Simmons, DeAngelo McLin, Cortney Simmons and Jewel Simmons; 22 grandchildren; sister, Joy Howard; three brothers, Frederick (Barbara) Howard, Marcus Howard and Elliott (Kimberly) Howard; a host of nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by wife; parents and daughter, Brandi Simmons.

Private services will be held. Final arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave.
