Deborah Ann Blanton of Rockford departed this earthly life January 16, 2026. She was born August 15, 1961 in Chicago, IL the daughter of  Mary Hannah. Deborah lived in Rockford since 1970 coming from Chicago, IL. She married Jesse Blanton, he preceded her in death.  Deborah was employed as a Seamstress by Aramark over 20 years before retiring. She was a member of Faith Center.  Deborah graduated from West High School class of 1979 and attended OIC.

Deborah leaves to cherish many loving memories, her son, Deon Hannah; two daughters, Rhonda Mayweather and Ebony Burns; 15 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; five sisters, Jacqueline Cauley, Diane (Rodrick) Jones, Sheila (George) Bejarano, Consuela Hannah and Tracey Hannah; a host of nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Mary L. Phinnessee; and brother, Tyrone Hannah.

Private family service will be held.
