Deborah Lee Gulley of Rockford departed this earthly life March 24, 2023 . She was born May 7, 1950 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Phillip and Thema Robinson. Deborah married John Gulley, he preceded her in death. She was employed as a Certified Nurses Assistant by River Bluff Nursing Home over 35 years before retiring.  Deborah was a member of Christian Union Full Gospel Baptist Church Ministries.  She graduated from East High School class of 1968.

Deborah leaves to cherish many loving memories, three sons, Troy, Phillip and Timothy Robinson; 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters Phyliss (Clayborn) Sockwell, Delores (Mike) Parker and Coral Tidwell: brother Luther Robinson Sr; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband; parents; daughter, Andrea "Andi" Robinson; sisters, Helen Saffold and Loretta Wills; and brother Curtis Robinson.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Christian Unions Full Gospel Church Ministries 1705 Kilburn Ave. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements completed by Carl E Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave.
