Delesia "Lisa" Stevenson, of Rockford departed this earthly life March 20, 2022 in Milwaukee, WI. She was born July 25, 1960 in Rockford the daughter of Clidell and Larlia Stevenson. Delesia attended Auburn High School.  She loved music, dancing, walking, and sitting on the porch watching the cars go by.

Delesia leaves to cherish many loving memories, two children, Autoria and Donnisa Stevenson; two granddaughters, Antwoneshia and Armani Stevenson; mother, Larlia Simpson; four sisters, Tante (Craig) Givens, Avis Simpson, Staci (Ricky) Wright and Shundell Stevenson; five brothers, Clidell Stevenson Jr., Charles Simpson, Anthony Simpson, Montella Stevenson and Marquet Stevenson; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father; brothers, William Sherod Simpson and Johnny Freeman; and sister, Janice Freeman.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2022 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave. Visitation will be held from11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
