Dominique M. Woods

Dominique M. Woods, of Rockford departed this earthly life September 1, 2026. She was born November 8, 1984 in Rockford the daughter of Delores Woods and Linwood Webb Jr. Dominique lived in Ann Abor, MI five years after relocating with her job. She was employed as an assembler by Chrysler Stellantis Warren Truck Assembly Plant 11 years. Dominique was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She graduated from Guilford High School class of 2003 and attended Rock Valley College.

Dominique leaves to cherish many loving memories her loving daughter, London Marie Lambert; mother, Delores (Jeff) Walker, and father Linwood Webb, Jr; four brothers, Jeffery Woods, Brandon Walker, Corey Sockwell, and DeMarco Sockwell; sister Shameekqua (Shannon) Tripplett; a host of nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends including special friends, Levi Ray and Ambria Parker; special cousins Shanta Woods-Jackson and Javar Woods. Predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Jenny Woods and Robert Woods; and paternal grandparents, Beatrice Davis and Linwood Webb, Sr.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Bethal Baptist Church 724 Harrison Ave. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
