Donald "Don" Croft, of Rockford departed this earthly life December 27, 2023. He was born August 5, 1949 in Rockford the son of James Sr. and Fannie Croft. Donald was employed as a Building Power House Maintenance man by Warner Lambert 35 years before retiring in 2004. He graduated from Auburn High School Class of 196  and attended Rock Valley College.

Donald leaves to cherish many loving memoires; his brother, Robert (Senora) Croft Sr;  five sisters, Nettie Croft, Sharon Croft, Mary Kay Croft, Paulette Croft and Sandra Croft; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; three brothers, James Croft Jr., Ollie Williams and Larry Croft Sr.; and  two sisters, Dorothy Clark and Janice Croft.

Services will be held  12:00 noon  Friday, January 5, 2024 at Car E. Ponds Funeral Home. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
