Erica M. Cross of Rockford departed this earthly life September 5, 2021. She was born July 29, 1983 in Rockford the daughter of Deborah Burks and Ray Cross. Erica was Owner and Operator of Ericas Cleaning Machine in home and commercial cleaning.  She was a member of First Born Baptist Church. Erica graduated from Auburn High School.

Erica leaves to cherish many loving memories, son Prince Chatman-Cross Jr.; parents Deborah Burks and Ray Cross; brother, Keith Sanders;  paternal grandmother Ruby Cross and maternal grandmother, Lola Burks; a host of aunts, uncles other relatives. She was predeceased by her brother Eric Burks; and aunt Linda Faye Green.

Services will be held 11:00a.m. Friday September 17, 2021 at First Born Ministries 8213 N. Alpine Rd. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home 200 N. Johnston Ave.
