Raymond Edward Green 75, entered this earthly home on August 28,1951in Chicago, IL. His parents were Albert Reed Hunter and Laghretta Green. Raymond was raised by his aunt; Viola Jones, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents, brother, Gregory Bernard Green, and his son, Londale Barbary. Raymond married Theressa Green, August 31, 1991 in Decatur, IL; she preceded him in death. He graduated from Auburn High School. Raymond was employed by Amerock and Hormel Foods many years before retiring. After retiring he worked for Schnucks.

Raymond leaves behind to cherish his memory, his sisters, Mary S. Poindexter, Deborah Elaine Hayes, Shirlan Kelly, Tracy Green, Valerie Pinkey and Belinda Hunter; his brothers Michael Anthony Green, Alfonso Hunter and Citta Hunter; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Service will be held 12:00 noon Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church 2919 19th Street. Burial in Willwood Burial Park. Doors will be open 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
