Inez Virginia Roberts, of Rockford departed this earthly life May 24, 2025. Born  August 27, 1944 in Henderson, Kentucky the daughter of Charles and Lou Bertha Wilson. Inez lived in Rockford 60 years coming from Henderson, KY. She married David Roberts Sr. November 13, 1967 her preceded her in death.  Inez was employed as a assembler by Chrysler Corporation 20 years before becoming disabled. She was a member of Christian Growth Center a former member of House of God Church. She graduated from Douglas High School in Henderson, Kentucky.

Inez leaves to cherish many loving memories, her daughter, Davidia (Lonnie) Williams and son, David Roberts Jr.; six grandchildren; eleven greatgrandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends including special caregivers, Wanda Coleman and Teresa Fambro. She was predeceased by her parents; son, Derrick Roberts; two brothers, Carnell Waldon and Russell Wilson.

Services will be held  12:00 noon Friday, June 6, 2025 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
