Jacqulyn Alexandria "Jacci" Rowlett, of Rockford departed this earthly life September 8, 2022. She was born August 14, 1989 in Rockford the daughter of Anthony and Sherry Foreman. Jacqulyn married Joe Rowlett Jr., June 16, 2018 in Rockford. She was employed as a stockroom lead at Ross and a waitress by Applebee's. Jacqulyn could lift anyone's spirits and thus was loved by all of her customers over the years.  She graduated from Auburn High School.

Jacqulyn leaves to cherish many loving memories, her husband, Joe; two daughters, Daphnie and Charlotte Rose Rowlett; three sons, Mason, Logan and Lukas Rowlett; mother, Sherry (Brian) Fleming; paternal grandmother, Laura Foreman; two brothers, Damion (Jaime) Foreman and Reggie Foreman; special cousin who she loved like a brother, Terrez Ballard; special aunts, Della Gilbert,  Kizmet Foreman, Kim Johnson and Mya Foreman; special friends, Jennifer Barrett, Sherry Laurent, Mary Metz, Kenny Edwards and Hannah King; a host of other family and friends. She was predeceased by her father; paternal grandfather, Andrew Foreman; and maternal grandparents, Delmon and Earnestine Moss; .

Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Second Christian Church 950 N. Rockton Ave. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held 8:00 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave.
