Jarrod Donnell Taylor of Rockford departed this earthly life August 2, 2022.  He was born November 25, 1985 in Rockford, IL the son of Teresa Davis and Valenthia Taylor. Jarrod was employed as a Dietician Server at Rockford Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. Jarrod attended Guilford High School where both of his parents attended.

Jarrod leaves to cherish many loving memories two daughter, Kalea and Kammerre Taylor (Ruduna) of San Jose, CA; mother, Teresa (Lee) Sago of Rockford, IL; father, Valenthia ( Imelda) Taylor also, San Jose CA; maternal grandmother, Minnie Davis; paternal grandmother, Ruth Grove of Altana, GA; two very special friends, Judy Box-Brown (Dan) and Donna Hopson of Rockford, IL; two aunts, Shateaka (Gerald) of Atlanta GA, and Sandra (Travell) of Rockford ,IL and other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Ollie Green Sr. of Jackson, MS and two uncles, Don L. and Christopher McGee.
