Justine "Nett" Renee Joiner of Rockford departed this earthly life December 30, 2025. She was born March 10, 1968 in Rockford the  daughter of John and Alice Joiner. Justine was employed as a home care aid by Community Care many years before getting hurt. She attended Mt. Goshen Full Gospel Baptist Church. Justine attended Auburn High School.

Justine leave to cherish many loving memories, her four daughters, Felicia Joiner, Regnesha Joiner, Monica Wilson and Whitney Raymond; and son, Marcus Raymond; 19 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren; five brothers, Horace (Janice) Joiner, Mac-Arthur Joiner, Terrance Joiner,  Sharod Joiner and Dr. Larry (Donna) Harris; and sister, Gloria Tinnie; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends including special family friend who she loved like a brother, Ellsworth Dismuke and her best friend since childhood, Juanita Love. She was predeceased by her parents; and brothers, Sam, Larry and Quincy Joiner and sister Patricia Joiner.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m.  Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Avenue. Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
