Kiara Nicole "Kee" Howard, of Rockford departed this earthly life July 25, 2022. She was born September 22, 1989 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Dalisa L. Borden and Elliott Howard. Kiara was employed in customer service by United Health Care.  She was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church serving with Divine Empowerment. Kiara attended East High School, later receiving her G.E.D.

Kiara leaves to cherish many loving memories, her parents, Dalisa Borden and Elliott (Kim) Howard; sisters, Keijanna, Karsen and Asia Howard and Tasha Allen; brother, Alex Sturm;  a host of other relatives and friends including boyfriend, Jomal Cooper; special aunt, Lauticia (Lue) Dawn special cousins, Derrick, Johnny, Latrica, Derricka, Ramone and the Bassett cousins; special friends, Angel, Tiara, and Ashley; god brother, Jamarcus; god children Kingston Newble and Jah'niyah Tate. She was predeceased by her brothers, Cameron and Dillion; maternal grandparents, Carl and Bertha Borden; paternal grandparents, James and Mary Howard.

Memorial Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 1, 2022 at Bethel Baptist Church 724 Harrison Ave.
