Lillian "NeNe" Goodin, of Rockford departed this earthly life December 3, 2025. She was born May 12, 1944 in Texarkana, Texas the daughter of Willie B. Muldrew. Lillian lived in Rockford since she was 12 years old coming from Texas. She married William Goodin January 23, 1986, he preceded her in death. Lillian was employed in nursing before becoming a medical clerk by Rockford Memorial Hospital many years. She was a veteran of the US Army. Lillian was a member of Starlight Missionary Baptist Church, where she served on the Mother Board. She graduated from Auburn High School.

Lillian leaves to cherish many loving memories, her brother Adrian Muldrew; step son Michael Stamps; grandson, DaJon Hudson; godson Maurice Simmons; special cousin, Frances Taylor; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents; husband; brother, Travis Willis.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2025 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
