As a beautiful summer breeze Linda Fay Clark was born June 26, 1956 the eldest twin of Mother Estella Clark and the late Deacon Willie L. Clark. Although our hearts are broken, we honor the will of our heavenly father; Linda answered the call of God and transitioned on June 10, 2025. Linda was a loving mother to Keith S. Williams (deceased) and Kevin Clark. Linda graduated from Rockford Auburn High School class of 1975. She was an excellent seamstress, enjoyed painting, loved flowers and was an excellent cook.

Lynn as some affectionally called her, was reared in West Side Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of the late W.H. Madden, where she sang in the choir. She later joined St. Luke Miracle Temple COGIC under the leadership of Superintendent Ellis Jones. Lynn was a joyful support to other ministries and had a love for the seasoned church Mothers and Saints of God. Linda loved to worship, and sing praises unto God even during illness. Linda would press to praise God. One of her favorite scriptures was James 5:16 "confess your faults one to another and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Linda Fay Clark leaves behind cherished memories for her son Kevin Clark; mother Estella Clark, four brothers, Willie E., Thomas, Wayne and Timothy Clark; three sisters, her twin Brenda Fay Clark who cared for her during her delecate time of need, Mary (Deacon Lee) Turner, Kimberly (Min. Brian) Flannigan; several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Linda was predeceased by her, son Keith Clark and  father, Deacon Willie Clark and nephew Thomas Clark II..
