Linda Faye Jones departed this earthly life November 10, 2023. She was born on July 5,1965 in Bolivar, TN. The daughter of Daisy Lee Jones and Booker T. O'Bannon. Linda lived in Beloit, WI., and Rockford, IL. 52 years coming from Hickory Valley, TN.

She graduated from Rockford East High School, class of 1984. Linda worked many years for Nylint toy factory, G & K services, and as a caretaker. Linda had a heart of gold and loved making sure everyone was happy.

Linda leaves to cherish many loving memories, her life-long companion, Napolean Walker Jr.; her loving son, Cedrick Jones; three brothers, Darrell (Errika Brown) O'Bannon, Jerry (Betty) Jones, and A.C. Broomfield; sister, Vernice Williams; sister-in-law Norris O'Bannon; special nephew Ricky (JoAnn) Woods Sr.; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Daisy Lee Jones and Booker T. O'Bannon; brother, Robert D. O'Bannon; and sisters, Bertha Cook, Barbara Ann Woods, and Lucille Jones; sister-in-law, Helen Broomfield; and brothers-in-law, John Billings and Jimmy (Punko) Cook.

Service will be held 12:00 noon Monday, November 20, 2023 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 n. Johnston Ave. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
