Myles Isaiah Seward, of Rockford departed this earthly life July 16, 2023. He was born February 9, 1999 in Rockford the son of Malcolm Seward Sr. and LaTanya Stovall. Myles was employed as a training supervisor by Dollar General Distribution Center in Janesville, WI. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Myles graduated from Jefferson High School.

Myles leaves to cherish many loving memories, his mother LaTanya (Ronnie Sr.) Cross and father Malcolm  Sr. (Lisa) Seward; brothers, Malcolm Seward Jr., Isaiah Cross and Ronnie Cross Jr; maternal grand parents, Henry Curtis and Paula Anderson and paternal grandparents, Carolyn Seward and Richard (Mwansa) Seward; and Cecelia Dockery; uncles, Curtis Anderson and Corey (Jenny) Anderson; aunts, Lisa (William) Muhammad, Carrie (Shawn) Curtis and Tashea Clark; special friend Karla Enriquez, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 24, 2023 at Soar Assembly 604 Salter Ave. Burial in Sunset Memorials Gardens.  Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave.
