Pamela Lou Shoulders, of Rockford departed this earthly life September 8, 2021. She was born December 22, 1963 in Athens Alabama the daughter of Jennie Lou Shoulders and Joe Stinnett. Pamela lived in Rockford since the early 1970's coming from Athens. She graduated from Jefferson High School.

Pamela leaves to cherish many loving memories, three daughters, Tameka, Tamara and Lashanda Shoulders; four grandchildren, Jamarious, T'kiyah, Bryshawn and Jayvon; brothers Travis Benson and Lamont (Rosonda)  Benson; sisters, Stephanie Shoulders, Melva Grey, Angela Stinnett, Rikki Malone and Jesena Sanders; a host of niece, nephews other relatives and friends including special niece Kandy Shoulders best friends Michelle Williams and Trinka Harris. She was predeceased by her parents, Jennie Benson and Joe Stinnett; son, Tony Sanders Jr; brothers, Ricky and Randy Shoulders; sisters, Faith Perry and Candy Benson.

Services will be held 12:00 p.m. Thursday,  September 16, 2021 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave.  Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
