Philicia Ellen Monique "Phe Phe" Butler, of Rockford departed this life September 11, 2016. She was born April 26, 1994 the daughter of Michelle Jordan and Phillip Butler. Philicia was employed as a supervisor by Walmart almost 3 years. She was a member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. Philicia graduated from Auburn High School class of 2012.
Philicia leaves to cherish many memories, her mother, Michelle (Anthony) Bivens; sister, Alexia Johnson; two brothers, Phillip Butler Jr. and Frank Bailey; grandfather, Thomas Carthell; special friend Tela Edgeston; best friends, Charles and Tyshawn. She was predeceased by her father, maternal grandmother Linda Carthell and paternal grandmother Ellen Butler.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m. September 23, 2016 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church 2919 19th Street. Visitation will be held from 9:00a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements complied by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home 2429 W. State St.
