Rosilie Melissa "Roz" Hall, of Rockford departed this earthly life May 13, 2022. She was born March 19, 1972 in Lynchburg, VA; the daughter of John and Susan Hall. Rosilie lived in Rockford 11 years coming from Gretna, Virginia. She was employed by Rockford Park District as a Site Director 7 years. Rosilie graduated from Gretna Senior High School, later attending Springfield Community College in Pennsylvania.

Rosilie leaves to cherish many loving memories, her parents, John and Susan; two sisters, Calandra Knauer and Latressa Hall; brother, Theodore Hall; maternal grandfather, Clyde Carter Sr.; uncles, uncles, Roy (Veronica) Davis, Clyde (Doris) Carter Jr., Leon Hall, Roy Hall, and Edrow (Gloria) Lewis; aunts, Linda, Brenda, Judy and Clara Carter, Everlyn Logan, Frances Hunt, Ellen Lewis, and Jelene Hunt  a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Fredrick Blake and Tywonnie Stephens. She was predeceased by brother, Alphonso Hall.

Visitation will be held 4:00p.m. until 6:00p.m.  Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave. Burial in Corbit and Moran Cemetery.
