Tarsha Ann Gulley of Rockford departed this earthly January 29, 2024. She was born May 1, 1976 in Rockford, IL the daughter of David and Rosina Gulley. Tarsha married Shundale Haney February 15, 2005, he preceded her in death. She was employed as a Certified Nurses Assistant a several local nursing homes until she became ill. Tarsha attended Westside Church of Christ.  She attended Guilford High School later to graduate from OIC.

Tarsha leaves to cherish many loving memories, two sons, Alvin Jones and Shomar (Inashea Taylor) Gulley; three grandchildren; Kash, Loyalty and Alexander; father David Gulley; two brothers, Willie (Kimmisha Harris) Gulley and  Deshon Hudson; a host of niece, and  nephews, Willie Gulley Jr. and Deshon Hudson Jr., a host of aunts, uncles other relatives and friends including special friend Barb Whyte. She was predeceased by her mother, Rosina Gulley.

Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 10, 2024 at St. Luke M.B. Church 2919 19th Street. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave.
