Thornby Booker Williams Jr. departed this earthly life  September 29, 2024. He was born April 21, 1949 in Chicago, IL, the son of Thornby and Ellen Williams Sr. He lived in Rockford, IL many years. Worked for the City of Rockford Police Department and Rockford Housing Authority. He was a former member of New Direction Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish many loving memories, his daughter; Tanisha Jefferson, son; Terrance Jefferson, and friend Sharon Jefferson.

He is predeceased by his parents.
