Timothy R. "Romaine" Howard, of Rockford departed this earthly life August 28, 2023. He was born March 12, 1978 the son Janie Howard and Romus Williams. Timothy was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He graduated from Guilford High School.

Timothy leaves to cherish many loving memories, son, Kani Howard;  sister, Ursula Howard;  a host, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; and brother, Chris Howard.

Services will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, September 8, 2023 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church 404 N. Avon Street. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11:30 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave.
