Timothy "Tim" Pugh, of Rockford departed this earthly life June 28, 2023. He was born April 10, 1969 in San Francisco, CA the son of Louis and Audrey Pugh. Timothy lived in Rockford over 7 years coming from Akron, Ohio. He married Phellanesice Mallard March 27, 2022. Timothy was employed as a fork lift operator by Rockford Tool and Craft. He was a member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church. He attended Proviso East High School in Maywood.

Timothy leaves to cherish many loving memories, his wife, Phallanesice; daughter, Tiler Pugh; five step daughters, who he loved as his own; Monique and Marquita Daniel, Alexis, Ebony, and Shadae Thomas; three sons, Timothy, Tariq and Sharrod Pugh; 12 grandchildren; mother, Audrey Pugh and father, Louis Pugh; two sisters, Rent Farley and Angel Pugh; two brothers, Louis and Terrence Pugh; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Providence Missionary Baptist Church 2209 Clifton Ave. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Ave.
