Tonyisha Caress "Neinei" Allen of Rockford departed this earthly life August 27, 2025. She was born May 20, 1987 in Rockford the daughter of Robin Allen and Anthony Howard. Tonyisha was baptized as a Mormon at a young age. She attended East High School.

Tonyisha leaves to cherish many loving memories, her parents Robin Allen and Anthony Howard; six sisters, Brandy Cather, Angelique Kirk, Kyla Allen, Bridget (Charles) Jackson, Alexandria (James) Simmons and Antonisha Howard; two brothers her twin, Anthony Allen and Quinton Neal; maternal grandparents William and Barbara Allen; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Andashawn Howard.

Services will be held 12:00 noon  Friday, September 12, 2025 at Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. 200 N. Johnston Avenue. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
