Victor Miller Evans of Rockford, departed this earthly life Wednesday, August 17, 2022 after a long illness in Rock River Health Center. He was born November 25, 1989 the son of Carolyn Miller in Chicago, IL.

Later to be adopted by Ernest and Beverly Evans. He was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church. Graduated from Jefferson High School later to receive an Associates Degree in fashion design. Loved working in the field of fashion and had a passion for cooking.

Victor leaves to cherish many loving memories, his parents; sisters; Karrlishia (Quintin) Jordan, Sacha Evans, Veronica Miller, and Phenique Lake, brothers; Wilbert Miller, Scott Miller, and Michael Samuelson, special niece Kabrea Jamerson, grandmother Audrey Hildreth, Special friend Kameron Alexander,  and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is predeceased by his birth mother; grandmother; Linnie P. Evans, and brother; Joshua Jamerson.
