Victor Allen King of Rockford departed this earthly life August 23, 2026. He was born February 11, 1969 the son of Thomas L. Ferguson and Ethelrine Russell. Victor was employed as a care giver by DORS. He attended Auburn High School, later receiving his diploma and certification from Job Corps.

Victor leaves to cherish many loving memories, his six daughters, Chrishauna King, Victoria King, Ceara Thornton, Victayzia King, Kiara King and Jacianna Leach; two sons, Victor Gulley and Christopher King; step son, Shamario Graham; 20 grandchildren; his father Thomas L. Ferguson; sisters, Thomascine Brown, Joy Stokes, Stephanie Stokes, Jewel Newble (Michael) Theresa Clabin, Avis Hammond, Java Parker (Donnell); brother, Terry (Tammy) Brown; companion, Nicole Graham; a host of nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends including special friends, Troy Robinson and Greg Beamus, and Andre Quattlebaum; special cousins, Merl Wilkes, Marcellous Wilkes, Nick Moore, Anita Moore, Sharon Wilkes and Antonio Moore; special aunt, Cleo Russell and special uncle, Montie Russell.

He was predeceased by his mother Ethelrine; and two brothers, Kenneth and Tony Ferguson.

Services will be held Thursday, September 10, 2026 11:30 a.m. at No Cross No Crown 1715 9th Street. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
