Wayne Chance Jr., of Rockford departed this earthly life November 6, 2022. he was born September 30, 1961 in Bunnlevel, NC the son of Wayne Sr. and Hester Chance. Wayne lived in Rockford since 1990 coming from Chicago, IL. He married his companion of 18 years, Regina Suggs, October 22, 2022. Wayne was a self employed DJ, car salesman and a manager at McDonalds. He graduated from Austin High School.

Wayne leaves to cherish many memories, his wife, Regina; sons, Dwayne Crout, Dontrel Chance, Dylan Evans, Perrion Carter, Marquarius, Marquel W. and Marquavion Suggs, and D'Angelo Harkins; daughters, Terrlyn Crout, Lakecia (Paul) Parker, Christal Hill, Valynciare Washington, Vonesha Chance and Eva Carter; 33 grandchildren; sisters, Janice (Timothy ) Davis and Theresa (Lemuel) Mitchell Henderson; two brothers, Terrell Chance and Percy ( Tiffany) Chance; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Kenneth and Corey Chance; twin sons, William and Robert Chance and James Harkins.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 19, 2022 at Ephesians Missionary Baptist Church 1102 Taylor St. Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
