Martia Unique Flint, of Rockford departed this earthly life December 21, 2014 with her boys Tobias and Tyrone Smith III and the love of her life Demontae. She was born July 13, 1990 in Rockford the daughter of Rolanda Collins and Martez Flint. She was employed as a Certified Dental Assistant by Dental Dreams. Martia was a member of Rockford First. She attended Auburn High School later to receive her G.E.D. from Rock Valley College.
Martia, leaves to cherish many loving memories, her parents, Roalnda Collins and Martez Flint; a host of brothers and sisters, maternal grandmother Margrette Ferguson, maternal grandfather Leonard Fricks Jr., paternal grandmother, Jessie Flint-Parham; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.
Combined services will be held 11:00a.m. Monday, December 29, 2014 at Rockford First. Burial in Willwood Burial Park. Visitation will be held from 9:00a.m. until the time of service at the church. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home 2429 W. State St.
